Affordable Public Charging Pilot Project Coordinator

The State of Colorado is seeking a qualified Respondent to design and implement a pilot project that provides discounted public Electric Vehicle (EV) charging for income-qualified EV drivers living in multi-family housing without access to home charging. The pilot project aims to test a new business model that decreases fuel costs for low-income residents who live in multi-family housing. The selected Respondent will be responsible for conducting community outreach, designing the pilot program, recruiting participants, and administering the program. The Respondent must have a minimum of two years' experience supporting lower-income and income-qualified individuals in adopting EVs and/or clean energy. Key personnel must have experience in public outreach and EV charging. Some key tasks and deliverables include: * Conducting community outreach to gather input from potential pilot participants * Designing a pilot program for discounted public EV charging * Recruiting eligible participants for the pilot program * Administering the pilot program, including distributing incentives, monitoring usage, and collecting data * Providing monthly reports and a final report
