Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a sole‑source contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for the TRANE® Tracer Summit Building Automation System (BAS) and TRANE® Tracer System Controller (SC) at the Sheridan VA Healthcare System. The work covers roughly 49 air‑handling units, 22 chillers, and associated DDC controls, requiring TRANE‑certified technicians, proprietary software licenses, and specialized diagnostic tools. The contract will run from 1 Feb 2027 to 31 Jan 2030 (base year plus two one‑year options) with an annual parts allowance of $250 k and a labor cap of 480 hours per year.
