CVB Promo items

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the purchase of promotional items for the City of Laredo Convention & Visitors Bureau. The items include a cheese wooden board, ceramic desk clock with wooden base, Mexican Talavera ceramic round coaster, and Talavera shot glasses. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, and the term of the contract will be for one year. The City of Laredo reserves the right to accept any item or group of items in the bid specifications. • The contract will be awarded based on specification compliance and purchase price. • The City of Laredo may purchase more or less than the estimated quantities. • The City of Laredo may reject items that do not meet specifications. • Vendors must submit product samples within two weeks of the bid closing date. • The City of Laredo Convention & Visitors Bureau shall bear no cost related to the request of samples. • In case of default by the bidder, the City of Laredo may procure these items or services from other sources and hold the bidder responsible for any excess cost occasioned thereby.
