Billboard Advertising Services

The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University is seeking a vendor to provide billboard advertising services to expand its visibility throughout the Central and Northern New York region. The services will include promoting the university's clinical and support services through billboard advertisements located in high-traffic areas. The contract term is for one year, and the contract value is up to $125,000. • The billboard locations include, but are not limited to, RT 481, W/L 500' N/O RT 11 – Cell Tower, I-81 @ 2236 Park St F/N, RT 5/695, S/L 2 MI S/O I-690, and I-690, S/L @ I-81 (Wall). • A sealed bid will not be held, and interested vendors must contact the designated campus contact within 15 business days of the advertised notice. • The university has set aside goals for minority-owned, women-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. • The contract term is for one year, and the contract value is up to $125,000.
