HISTOCORE MULTICUT MICROTOME

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center, is seeking information from potential vendors for the purchase of a Histocore Multicut Microtome, brand name or equal, for the Laboratory Department. The microtome should be hospital-grade and delivered to the specified location. The contract would be a one-time purchase/delivery agreement. Vendors are encouraged to provide information about their capabilities, pricing, and delivery. • The microtome should be hospital-grade and meet the salient characteristics listed in the document. • The contractor shall be responsible for the delivery of the requested end-product to the specified location. • Payments shall be made upon delivery and acceptance by the individual medical centers. • Vendors should provide their company name, address, point of contact, and size of business. • Vendors should submit their capabilities statement illustrating how their organization can meet the list of SOW requirements.
