Description
The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) is seeking a contractor to provide catered meals for the National Guard Reaction Course (NGRF). The contractor will be required to provide meals for 140 personnel per serving period, with meals served from March 9, 2026, to September 25, 2026. The contractor must deliver meals in insulated containers, maintain proper food temperatures, and follow all applicable food safety guidelines. The contractor will also be required to provide all condiments and beverages.
• The contractor must provide meals that meet the minimum standards of the Index of Recipes Armed Forces Recipe Service (TM 10-412).
• The contractor must deliver meals to the specified location, 5401 Rue Saint Lo Dr, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
• The contractor must coordinate with the Unit Point of Contact (POC) for meal delivery.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.
