Description
The Cherokee Nation is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide riot and crowd control training to the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service. The training should align with national law enforcement best practices, applicable state and federal law, and Cherokee Nation Marshal Service policies. The selected bidder will provide instructions on crowd psychology, lawful crowd management, and de-escalation techniques, among other topics. The training will be conducted on-site at CNMS facilities or at a CN-approved location.
• The training will be suitable for sworn law enforcement personnel
• The vendor should identify course length, class size limits, and instructor-to-student ratio
• The vendor should specify required equipment and materials
• The training must align with national law enforcement best practices and applicable state and federal law
