Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections, is seeking bids for the procurement of materials for upgrades to the existing Video System at the State Correctional Institution at Muncy. The purchase will be for a one-time delivery, and all parts must be new and direct upgrades to the system in place. No substitutions will be accepted. The contractor must abide by all Department of Corrections rules and regulations while on state property, and deliveries are accepted from 7:30 to 3:00.
• The awarded supplier is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs.
• The Commonwealth reserves the right to award by item or on a total Bid basis, whichever is deemed more advantageous to the Commonwealth.
• Bids will be opened on the date and time specified in the invitation for bid, and bid tabulations will be posted on the Department of General Services’ eMarketplace website.
• The awarded supplier must follow the invoicing requirements outlined by the Pennsylvania Office of the Budget.
