The General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research to identify Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) that could purchase or help dispose of surplus federal firearms classified under FSC 1005 (up to 30 mm). This RFI seeks input on valuation methods, inspection requirements, types of firearms and ammunition of interest, shipping and logistics capabilities, experience with government‑sourced firearms (including seized, forfeited, historic, or collectible items), and any regulatory considerations.
