Berkshire Community College is soliciting competitive proposals for a Learning Management System. The proposal documents will be available on the college's website, and two separate proposals must be submitted: a Technical proposal and a separate Price proposal. The Technical proposal should not include any pricing information, and any proposal that includes pricing information will be considered non-responsive.
