Description
The State of Hawaii’s Department of Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a cloud‑based Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) communication platform to support the WIC Services Branch on Oahu. The contract will run for one year, beginning October 1 2026 and ending September 30 2027, and the vendor must be able to deliver, host, and maintain the platform in compliance with state regulations. Vendors must submit electronic quotes through the Aloha eBUYS system, answer any questions by September 2 2026, and be registered in Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) or provide equivalent paper certifications.
• Service: SaaS communication platform (telecommunication relay services) for WIC program
