Description
The Barrow County Schools are seeking a vendor to provide food service equipment for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The vendor will be required to provide equipment that meets the specifications outlined in the RFP. The RFP includes a list of mandatory criteria that must be met, as well as evaluation criteria that will be used to score proposals. Some of the key evaluation criteria include purchase price, experience with school districts, length of delivery and installation, and vendor response to all required information.
• The equipment must be compatible with the school's existing infrastructure
• The vendor must provide installation and maintenance services
• The vendor must provide a warranty for the equipment
• The vendor must provide training for school staff on the use of the equipment
