Device as a Service (DAAS) Managed Service Provider

The University of Central Missouri is seeking information from companies with expertise in Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) Managed Service Providers to assist with the development of a solicitation for DaaS MSP. The University is looking for information on industry standards, requirements, and cost structures for DaaS MSP. The scope of the response should include University students who are able to purchase under University contract, which consists of approximately 5,000 devices. The University is open to any and all ideas and encourages alternative ideas that will help the University better define its requirements. Key aspects of the RFI include: • Industry standards for DaaS MSP • Requirements for vendor qualifications and services • Cost structures and procurement models • Performance metrics and service levels • Technology integrations and self-service capabilities • Other considerations for procuring and implementing DaaS MSP
