Description
The University of New Mexico Hospitals (UNMH) is seeking to procure the Acute Case Management Software System (ACM) and its associated software support services from Oracle Health (formerly Cerner). This procurement includes several components to ensure the system is effectively implemented and maintained, such as implementation, sublicensed software, maintenance, software support, professional services, training, and upgrades. The goal of this procurement is to facilitate efficient patient care management and streamline operations within UNMH. Key aspects of the job include:
• Procuring the Acute Case Management Software System and its associated software support services
• Ensuring the system is effectively implemented and maintained
• Providing professional services for the acquisition, installation, configuration, customization, deployment, and ongoing use of the Acute Case Management Software
• Maintaining the existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and avoid significant costs associated with switching vendors
