RFQ-DTD-FY2025-003, Videoconferencing Services

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking a contractor to provide videoconferencing services for its Commission meetings throughout the year. The contractor will be responsible for providing audio/visual support, audio and video production, live webcasting, and technical support for both in-person and virtual meetings. The contract will be for a period of approximately two years with the option for two one-year extensions. The budget allocation for this contract is $212,000. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience providing similar services. • The contractor must have experience with AV production, live webcasting, and technical support. • The contractor must be able to provide services for both in-person and virtual meetings. • The contractor must be able to provide webcasting and archiving services. • The contractor must be able to provide technical support for meetings.
