Description
The project involves the construction of individual water and sewer systems, including excavation, trenching, and backfilling, as well as the installation of septic tanks, lift stations, and water distribution systems. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. The project includes the installation of individual water systems, including submersible pumps, drop pipes, and pressure tanks, as well as the construction of septic tanks and lift stations. The contractor will also be responsible for disinfecting the pressure system and water service line and performing bacteriological testing.
