Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and meals for approximately 200 personnel at the WVU Tech campus in Beckley, West Virginia, from 13 July 2026 to 04 August 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to support the provision of lodging and meal services. The meals must be prepared and served on site, and the contractor must provide access to laundry facilities, internet, and designated parking areas. The contractor must also comply with all relevant federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing individual access keys for each personnel
• Providing 24-hour housing staff to address any key and/or access issues
• Providing laundry facilities to support 200 personnel
• Providing Wi-Fi and designated parking areas
• Complying with the Army Technical Bulletin 530, Tri-Service Food Code
• Providing meals that meet federal and state requirements, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options
• Providing a salad bar with a minimum of two salads and eight toppings
• Providing a minimum of two pastry items and two types of fruit for dessert
