Finance & HR ERP Solution

The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a Finance and HR Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to replace its current system. The new system should include core function software application modules for finance, human resources, and payroll. Vendors must provide a response to each specification listed in the Qualification section of Attachment A: Technical Specifications and Vendor Response. The Vendor's response should include information regarding their firm, such as staff qualifications and experience in completing similar projects, references, copies of any staff certifications or degrees applicable to this project, proposed staffing plan, descriptions of past projects completed, and more. • The system should have the following core function software application modules: • Finance: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Warehouse and Inventory Management (optional), School Level Accounting (optional) • Human Resources: Payroll, Benefits, Position Management, Employee Self-Service • Vendors must provide clear and verifiable proof of their ability to meet the specifications and achieve the goals listed in this RFP. • The contract term is expected to be 5 years, with the option to renew for up to 3 successive one-year periods. • The evaluation criteria include qualifications and experience, functionality, reporting and analytics, implementation methodology, budgeting and forecasting, user experience, integration capabilities, compliance and audit trail, and oral presentation.
