LAN HVAC Replacement

The International Boundary and Water Commission, US Section, is seeking a contractor to replace the existing LAN HVAC system at their headquarters in El Paso, Texas. The new system must meet specific performance specifications, including a cooling capacity of 23 kW, energy efficiency, and compliance with ASHRAE standards and federal energy efficiency requirements. The contractor will be responsible for removing the existing equipment, installing the new system, and providing startup and commissioning services. The project also involves integrating the new system with the existing Carrier HVAC system using a motorized damper. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal, cost proposal, project schedule, and warranty information. • The contractor must meet the requirements outlined in the Scope of Work, including equipment specifications, removal and installation, refrigeration piping, electrical connections, and startup and commissioning. • The contractor must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • The contractor must provide a minimum warranty of 1-year parts and labor and 5-year compressor warranty.
