Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a qualified firm to provide a turnkey solution for the procurement, delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of a video wall for the Airport Operations Center. The video wall should be a commercial-grade LED display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, approximately 16 feet wide and 9 feet high, and should be capable of supporting 24/7 mission-critical operations. The proposed solution should include all necessary equipment, hardware, software, and services for a fully functional video wall system. Key features should include high-resolution display, modular construction, front-serviceable LED modules, and a video wall management platform capable of supporting multiple input sources and users. The selected vendor will be required to provide comprehensive on-site training for Airport personnel and a minimum 8-year manufacturer warranty.
• The video wall should be designed for continuous 24/7 operation and should meet specific technical requirements, including LED display quality, pixel pitch, image clarity, and controller capabilities.
• The proposed solution should include a video wall management platform capable of supporting multiple input sources and users, as well as KVM functionality and cybersecurity features.
• The vendor should provide a detailed project approach and implementation plan, including installation methodology, project schedule, and risk mitigation strategies.
• The vendor should have experience with similar video wall installations, particularly in airports or mission-critical environments, and should provide references and examples of past work.
• The proposed solution should be scalable and flexible, with the ability to expand beyond the Airport Operations Center and integrate with future technologies.
