The County of Gwinnett seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, county‑wide, annual maintenance and support for its fleet of computers, printers, scanners, servers, and related peripheral devices. The contract will cover preventive maintenance, on‑site repair (≤ 4 hour response), parts, labor, travel, and emergency replacement for critical equipment, with all services performed by locally‑based (Atlanta) staff holding OEM certifications (HP, Dell, Panasonic). The award will be a fixed‑price, all‑inclusive “not‑to‑exceed” contract with an initial term of one year and up to four optional one‑year renewals.
