Conference Room Multimedia System

The Calhoun Intermediate School District is seeking a proposal for the purchase and installation of a conference room multimedia system. The system should include a flexible audio, video, and conferencing system, with the ability to connect and integrate with the current Crestron AV system. The system should also include web-stream feed capability, wireless microphone sets, ceiling microphones, and audio control on a touchscreen custom user interface. The project must be completed by August 1st, 2026. • The system should be able to support multiple rooms, including larger conference rooms and smaller conference rooms. • The system should be easy to use and provide a stable and functional platform for an extended period. • The vendor should provide documentation, training, and customer feedback. • The vendor should also provide a detailed equipment list, including product numbers and costs, and a system design of the proposed solution.
