The Department of Justice’s Executive Office for United States Attorneys is issuing a small‑business‑set‑aside IDIQ contract for deposition court reporting services to support the United States Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Georgia. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor for a base year with four optional one‑year extensions (up to five years total). Services include on‑site and remote deposition reporting, real‑time transcription, videography, exhibit handling, AI‑generated deposition summaries, and related administrative tasks. The solicitation is 100 % set‑aside for small businesses (size standard $19.5 M). All task orders will be time‑and‑materials and must comply with FAR 16.505.
