The City of Trenton is seeking a licensed plumbing contractor to provide on‑call plumbing repair and maintenance services for municipal facilities (buildings, recreation sites, swimming pools, etc.) on an as‑needed basis. The contract is initially for one year with the option to add two additional one‑year extensions, contingent on funding. Bidders must submit sealed bids by 11:00 AM on September 15, 2026, and may attend a virtual bid opening via Zoom. The scope includes labor, materials, equipment, permits, emergency response within two hours, and a one‑year warranty on all work.
