Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Transportation, is seeking a contractor to provide inspection and maintenance services for air conditioning and ventilation equipment at the Materials Testing and Research Lab on the island of Oahu. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with an option to extend for an additional 24 months. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections, as well as responding to trouble calls. The contractor will also be required to provide replacement parts and materials as needed.
• The contractor must have experience in performing similar services for large commercial or industrial facilities.
• The contractor must have a team of skilled technicians who are certified in HVAC repair and maintenance.
• The contractor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality services and meeting deadlines.
• The contractor must be able to provide 24/7 emergency response services.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed schedule of prices for all services and materials.
