Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide certified kosher menu items for the FMC Carswell facility. The contract will be for a period of one month, from April 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026. The contractor will be required to deliver the menu items to the facility between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. The contractor must ensure that all menu items are certified kosher and meet the requirements of the Bureau of Prisons. Some of the menu items include kosher tuna, sardines, dressing, mayonnaise, and jelly. The contractor will be paid on the basis of the invoice, which must state the starting and ending dates of the subscription delivery.
