Description
The United States Army is seeking information from potential contractors to provide full food services, including requisitioning, receiving, storing, accounting, preparing, and serving of food, as well as sanitation and janitorial duties, at the Knights Lair and Castle Dining Facilities in Baumholder, Germany. The contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, personnel, supplies, and equipment not provided by the Government. The contract will require the contractor to provide quality food services in support of the installation food service program, with a focus on flexibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The contractor will need to have experience in managing food service operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and sanitation. The contractor will also need to comply with all relevant regulations, including those related to food safety, health, and security.
