Description
The Department of Michigan Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial and grounds services for the Marshall Rest Area in the Southwest Region. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the rest area, including the buildings, grounds, and surrounding areas. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who receives a PASS for each criterion and has the lowest price.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing janitorial services, such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, floors, and other areas
• Maintaining the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and landscaping
• Removing trash and recyclables
• Performing other duties as required to maintain the rest area
