Description
The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking a Master Contractor to renew its Oracle database software licenses and associated maintenance for a one‑year term (12/1/2026 – 11/30/2027). Only contractors already holding a Master Contract under the COTS 2012 agreement (060B2490021) are eligible. The award will be based on price and compliance with the detailed specifications, including provision of a Letter of Authorization, MSRP screenshot, and adherence to security and invoicing requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically via the eMMA system by the deadline, and pricing must remain valid for at least 90 days.
