Description
The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM) is seeking a vendor to provide housekeeping management services for its Morganton campus. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing housekeeping services, including day porter services, summer and winter cleaning, and exterior services. The vendor must also provide a contract manager and customer service point of contact.
• The contract will begin on June 21, 2026
• The vendor must provide services for a minimum of 190 days per year
• The vendor must provide a detailed pricing proposal, including monthly and annual costs
• The vendor must provide information on their experience, references, and personnel
• The vendor must comply with all state and federal regulations, including those related to employment and labor laws
