Dell Servers

The Lansing Board of Water & Light (LBWL) is soliciting proposals from authorized Dell partners for the procurement and support of six (6) Dell PowerEdge R670 servers. The attached specification spreadsheet outlines the equipment, quantity, and support expectations. Suppliers must provide complete pricing and confirm compliance with all requirements. The evaluation criteria will consider compliance with specifications, cost, and delivery timeframe. • The proposal must be submitted through IonWave. • Proposals received via e-mail will not be accepted. • The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities or technicalities in any Proposal, and accept any Proposal in whole or in part, which, in the opinion of the BWL, is in its best interest. • The BWL does not limit the methods or factors to be used for evaluation. • The BWL owns and operates an electric system, water wells, a raw water transmission system, water conditioning facilities, and an extensive water distribution system. • The BWL employs approximately 800 people and has a total operating revenue for Fiscal Year 2024 of $440,962,055.
