AAGA - FY26/27 Custodial Services

The State of Colorado is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services for various state buildings. The contractor will be responsible for providing routine and periodic cleaning services, including equipment and resources, to ensure the buildings are maintained in a clean and safe condition. The contractor must have at least five years of experience providing commercial custodial services and must be registered with the Colorado Secretary of State. The contractor will be required to provide a project manager to oversee the provision of custodial services and interface with the state's project lead. Some key requirements for the contractor include: • Providing all specified custodial services using company employees, with no subcontracting allowed • Maintaining a physical presence within a 30-mile radius of the state capitol • Providing a dedicated project manager for the provision of custodial services • Having at least five years of experience providing commercial custodial services for at least ten office buildings within the Denver metropolitan area • Providing references from three companies for which the contractor currently provides commercial custodial services • Having the equipment and resources required to provide the stated custodial services to all required state buildings
