Description
The California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA) seeks a qualified vendor to provide Respiratory Personal Protection (RPP) compliance services statewide. The contract requires issuance of OSHA‑compliant medical clearance certificates for each employee, management of a HIPAA‑secure SaaS portal for tracking medical clearances, fit‑test documentation, and automatic notification of compliance deadlines. The vendor must also provide prompt physician or licensed health‑care provider (PLHCP) consultation within five business days of questionnaire completion, and supply all related administrative support, training, and insurance documentation.
• Deliver OSHA‑required medical clearance certificates for roughly 550 employees across 31 CALCTRA facilities.
• Provide a secure, role‑based SaaS portal with dashboards, reporting, email alerts, and 99 % uptime, meeting HIPAA, TLS 1.2+ and AES‑256 standards.
• Supply PLHCP consultation (video or phone) within 5 business days, maintain 30‑year record retention, and handle all related licensing, insurance, and compliance certifications.
