Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to deliver a turnkey Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for its Water Resources Laboratory. The contract covers software licensing, cloud‑hosted SaaS delivery, installation, data migration from a legacy on‑premises system, integration with a suite of laboratory instruments, ongoing support, training, and security/compliance documentation. The solution must be fully operational within one year of the Notice to Proceed and will be renewable annually for up to five years. The vendor must meet strict functional, technical, and security requirements, including SOC 2 Type II compliance, SSO/MFA, and disaster‑recovery objectives.
