Term Contract for Trades- Plumbing

Binghamton University will receive sealed proposals for project no. Terms 2026, for term contracts for time and material type of work and services for the followingtrades: Plumbing until 2:30 PM on Thursday April 9, 2026, in whichsubmissions of two original executed copies of the bid form and all attachments specified in the project manual are required in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. Sealed bids shall be submitted and mailed or delivered to Binghamton University,Purchasing Department, McGuire Building Attn: Matthew Schofield 4400 Vestal Parkway East Vestal, NY 13850 or mailed via UPSPS to Binghamton UniversityPurchasing Department, McGuire Building Attn: Matthew Schofield PO Box 6000 Binghamton, NY 13902. Bids will be opened publicly in the purchasing department in the McGuire Building. Each Proposal submitted, the following information will be read aloud: 1) Name of contractor 2) The markup percentages entered on the Bid Form. Binghamton University will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be formally notified of the officialresults in writing within one week from the bid opening. The term contracts will be signed with the selected contractor for the specified period of time to engage and complete numerous defined projects each with a value of $100,000 or less.
