Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for repair services, system diagnostic and preventive maintenance for Austin State Supported Living Center's HVAC systems, which includes approximately 500 units of related equipment. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with an estimated historical spend of $175,000.00. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award.
