Regulatory Signs

The Boone County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for a Term and Supply Contract for regulatory signs. The contract will have an initial term from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, and may be automatically renewed for up to an additional four one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation services, and supervision to provide regulatory signs as directed by the Boone County Road and Bridge Department. • The signs must meet the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) standards and specifications. • The contractor must provide a firm, fixed discount off the current contractor catalog price or MSRP for the signs and materials. • The contractor must deliver the signs within 30 days after receipt of an order. • The County reserves the right to request samples of any and/or all equivalent products bid in order to ensure comparative quality between those items and the name-brand items specified. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and failure to do so may result in termination of the contract.
