Customer Online Payment System and Merchant Services

Montgomery County is seeking a Customer Online Payment System and Merchant Services to support credit and debit card processing, electronic checks, and other payment methods. The system must be PCI compliant, scalable, and integrate with existing County systems. The contract term is two years with options to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. Key features include online payment processing, account management, payment history, and reporting capabilities.
