Description
The State of Missouri, Department of Mental Health, is seeking a vendor to provide wheelchair accessible vans for the Higginsville Rehabilitation Center. The contract period will be from the date of award through one year, with the option for renewal. The vendor must provide the vans with all manufacturer's standard equipment and ensure that they are clean, lubricated, serviced, and ready for immediate service. The vendor must also provide a manufacturer's authorized service center located within the State of Missouri to perform warranty work. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the best value to the state, considering factors such as price, quality, and service.
Key requirements include:
• Providing wheelchair accessible vans with all manufacturer's standard equipment

• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Registering with the Missouri Secretary of State and obtaining a "Vendor No Tax Due" certificate
• Completing and submitting all required exhibits and attachments, including the proposal signature page, pricing page, and business compliance exhibits
