Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive uniform rental and laundry program for its staff and contractors, including full inventory management, delivery, replacement, and a dedicated “one‑on‑one” customer‑service representative to handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction. The contract will cover the Twin Cities metropolitan area and must comply with Minnesota debarment regulations.
• Provide rental, delivery, tracking, and replacement of uniforms for Council employees and contractors.
• Perform on‑site collection, laundering, and return of uniforms on a continuous basis.
• Assign a dedicated service representative to address user queries, manage satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to state procurement guidelines, including verification of subcontractor debarment status.
