Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

The budget for this contract can be estimated based on the services required and the number of patients to be transported. The contract requires the contractor to provide non-emergent medical transportation services to the Phoenix VA Healthcare System, which includes transporting patients to and from scheduled medical appointments, discharges from inpatient wards, and transports to and from contracted nursing homes. The budget will depend on the number of trips, the distance of each trip, and the type of transportation service provided. Assuming an average cost per trip of $50, and an average of 100 trips per day, the annual budget could be estimated to be around $1.8 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors, including the number of patients, the distance of each trip, and the type of transportation service provided. The low end of the estimate could be around $1 million, and the high end could be around $3 million.
