Probation Department Case Management System (Probation CMS)

The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a vendor to provide a Probation Case Management System (CMS) and related support services. The system should be able to support the achievement of the Department’s mission in an efficient manner. The County is looking for a single commercially available solution that will replace its existing case management system and juvenile detention tracking system. The system should be able to provide tools for the County to maintain compliance with the County’s Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) hub, and local Court and criminal procedure rules. Some key features of the system include: • Case management and tracking • Juvenile detention management • Integration with CJIS • Compliance with local Court and criminal procedure rules • Support for up to 300 system users The County is seeking a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution that meets its business and technical requirements. The vendor should have experience in providing similar systems to other counties in California.
