The State of Nevada, Department of Public Safety, is seeking bids for LifeSize Video Conferencing equipment and maintenance services. The bid includes two items: a Video Conference Kit and maintenance services. Vendors must submit pricing for the equipment and services, and must upload a copy of their company quote with their bid submission. The bid opening date is June 1, 2020, at 11:00 AM.
• The Video Conference Kit includes a Lifesize Icon 400 video conference kit with Lifesize Phone HD.
• The maintenance services include Lifesize Assurance maintenance services extended service agreement for 1 year.
• The bid is for a one-time purchase, and the award will be made on an "all or none" basis.
• Vendors must submit their bids through the NevadaEPro system.
