Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for plumbing and natural gas maintenance and services at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The contract will have an initial term with options for renewal. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation. The scope of work includes plumbing maintenance and repair services, natural gas maintenance, and other related services.
