Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Dell equipment and related services. The scope of work includes the provision of desktops, laptops, ruggedized laptops, and associated peripherals. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and evaluation factors. Key evaluation criteria include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, authorization by the manufacturer or distributor, and price.
* The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007.
* The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
* The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award.
* The contractor must deliver equipment to the Maryland Department of Information Technology.
* The contract includes requirements for invoicing, proof of delivery, and warranty services.
