RFP - Refurbished Cisco Networking Equipment

Greene County is requesting proposals from interested and qualified U.S-based vendors for the purchase of specified refurbished Cisco networking equipment. The equipment must be fully tested, reset to factory settings, and physically refurbished as needed. A lifetime warranty and perpetual license are required. The vendor must have the ability to provide third-party maintenance options and free shipping on defective equipment returns. The proposal should include pricing for the equipment, shipping/handling fees, and estimated time of arrival. The selection criteria will include the written proposal, price, availability, and quality of references. • The RFP includes a cost proposal sheet with specific equipment requirements. • The vendor must provide customer references from at least three public entities. • The proposal should include a standard quote on the vendor's letterhead. • The vendor must certify that they have no final judgments against them and are not subject to any unresolved findings for recovery. • The vendor must comply with all applicable ethics law requirements.
