V225--FY27 ALS and BLS Ambulance Transports (BASE 4) Hudson Valley HCS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance transports for eligible Veteran patients in the Hudson Valley area. The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7 transportation services, ensuring that all vehicles and medical equipment meet established requirements, and maintaining on-site records of employee competency. The contractor will also be required to investigate and resolve patient safety incidents, handle patient complaints, and comply with billing procedures.
