Description
The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services (DHS), is seeking a vendor to provide bread to the Ann Kiley Center. The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The vendor will be required to provide various types of bread, including white bread, wheat bread, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, and gluten-free multi-grain bread. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to payment terms, subcontracting, and confidentiality.
• The vendor must provide pricing for each item, and the items will be delivered periodically throughout the year.
• The vendor must comply with the State's standard terms and conditions, including those related to payment, subcontracting, and confidentiality.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the State as an additional insured.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and environmental protection.
