Labor & Employee Relations Case Management System

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a Labor and Employee Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Case Management System. This system will help WMATA to execute and implement an automated solution for the processing and management of labor relations, employee relations and engagement, grievances and complaints. The solicitation includes four lines: Licenses (EEO), Licenses (Labor Relations), Software Subscription & Implementation, and Training Services. • The system should be able to manage labor relations, employee relations, and EEO cases. • The system should be able to track and manage grievances and complaints. • The system should be able to provide automated solutions for the processing and management of labor relations, employee relations, and EEO cases. • The system should be able to provide training services to WMATA staff.
