Description
The Ohio Department of Health is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct tobacco retailer compliance checks statewide. Underage purchasers (ages 18‑20) will perform unannounced inspections to assess compliance with the Tobacco 21 law, determine youth access to nicotine products, and collect data for analysis. The contractor will receive a sample list of retailer locations, training, resources, and data collection tools, and must complete the required number of checks. ODH will analyze results to calculate the overall compliance rate and identify emerging trends.
• Conduct unannounced compliance checks using under‑age buyers at designated retail locations across Ohio.
